Established in 1995, the Group of Marine Remote Sensing and Numerical Modeling (MRSNM) is an interdisciplinary research group. It is a subdivision of the State Key Laboratory of Marine Environmental Science, and is engaged in research and education in the oceanic numerical modeling and techniques of satellite oceanography as well as their application to physical, chemical and biological oceanography.
